We aim to respond within a few business days, but beta support does not include a guaranteed service-level agreement.

• Use your RUMPEL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX recovery code inside the game when prompted.
• If you lost the code, we generally cannot restore access because only a hash is stored.
• Never email recovery codes, passwords, seed phrases, or private keys.

• Reload the page and try again.
• Use a current desktop browser with JavaScript enabled.
• Clear site cookies only if you accept losing unsaved progress tied to the current player ID.

Email legal@rumpelstiltskin.life for access, correction, or deletion requests. Include enough detail for us to locate gameplay data without sending secrets.

Report suspected vulnerabilities to legal@rumpelstiltskin.life with reproduction steps. Do not publicly disclose active exploits before we have a chance to respond.
