By using the beta you represent that you meet this requirement. This is self-attestation, not verified identity.

The browser game is entertainment software in beta. Features may change, break, reset, or be removed without notice.

There is no mining, no active play-to-earn, no wallet requirement, and no promise of future token rewards.

Gold, Credits, inventory items, and progression have no monetary or cryptocurrency value in the current beta.

$RUMP is not currently earned through gameplay in this beta.

• Play for personal entertainment.
• Use recovery codes you create to restore your own progress.
• Contact support for help or privacy requests.

• Cheating, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, or attacking the service.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing security controls except as permitted by law.
• Harassing others or uploading unlawful content through support channels.

Recovery codes are your responsibility. We store only a hash and short hint.

Never send recovery codes, passwords, seed phrases, or private keys to support.

The beta, artwork, code, and branding remain owned by the operator and licensors.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the beta for entertainment.

Feedback you choose to provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BETA.

TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE BETA IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, maintenance, or beta closure.
